Are You Ready for Single Parenthood?-
This class is specifically designed for singles contemplating adoption, foster care, or parenting without a partner. We will address everyday single parenting, answer questions, and help participants decide if single parenting is a good option for them.

Blended Parenting-Climbing divorce rates have made blended families commonplace. This class will discuss the role parents play in making every child feel welcome and loved. We will examine a number of situations and explore possible solutions to some of the challenges blended families face.

Clash of the Parents-Each of us is individual in nature, therefore we parent differently. This class addresses the family challenges that can arise from these differences and how to best incorporate two styles into one parenting plan.

Connection Parenting-This class, based on the book Connection Parenting: Parenting through Connection instead of Coercion by Pam Leo, consists of six sessions which introduce participants to an approach based on parenting through love instead of fear.

Developing a Co-Parenting Plan-Divorce and separation are often hard for children to process. Therefore, it is important that parents maintain a sense of consistency and civility. A co-parenting plan can help achieve this goal. This class addresses the situations divorced and separated parents face, such as holidays, birthdays, dating, and discipline. It also helps them establish a co-parenting plan that makes it possible for them to raise their children together.

Divorce: Ten Years Later-This mini-class will explore the long-term affect of divorce on children-Both positive and negative.

Do You Share Your Toys? As parents, we all want our children to have generous spirits. But forcing children to share does not foster generosity; it only enforces obedience. So what is the alternative? This enlightening class will show you. We will explore why young children refuse to share. We will also learn how parents can model sharing and encourage generosity in their children.

Enjoying the Holidays Without Your Children-It is a situation most single parents are forced to face-holidays without your children. This mini-class offers suggestions on how to best celebrate without your children.

Fathering Today-As the family unit continues to evolve and change, many fathers have become unsure of their role. This class examines the importance of fathering and offers suggestions designed to help men become more comfortable, confident, and involved fathers.

How to Realistically Find More Me Time-Parenting is a full time job. So how exactly can parents find more time for themselves? This mini-class is designed to help parents realistically find more time to nurture themselves outside the family.

Redefining Family-While it is healthy to mourn the loss of divorce and seperation, it is also important to move forward. One way of doing that is to explore what family means to you. In this thirty minute mini-class parents will learn the five critical questions that will help you see your family in a whole new light.

Single Parent Toolbox-There is more to single parenting than meets the eye. There are many legal issues that need to be dealt with and precedents to be established. In this class, single parents will learn pertinent information on medical release forms, travel permission, school procedure, insurance, and wills.

Stress and the Single Parent-The stress of single parenthood is often overwhelming. This thirty minute mini-class is designed to help single parents discover effective and nurturing ways to deal with the stress in their lives. 

Suddenly Single-This course is designed to help parents make the move from being part of a couple raising children to single parenthood. Among the issues to be addressed are time management, the importance of self-care, single parent dating, and developing a support group.

Take Five: How to Nurture Yourself For Five Dollars or Less-It's a fact; many families walk a budgeting tightrope. This fun mini-class points out the many ways parents can take five without breaking the bank.
